The use of CO₂s alleged global warming effect to justify nuclear energy is so obviously absurd that there must be other motives. They become more obvious when it is realized that it can be used as a cover-up for a system of weapons of mass destruction that girdles the globe. Diseases have been used for bio-warfare since remote antiquity. The plague killed about 1/3 to 1/2 the population of Europe between 1347 and 1410. It got there by way of a Genoese garrison in Crimea that was besieged by Kipchak Turks. They lobbed pieces of infested corpse over its walls. Some Genoese brought the disease back home with them [G07]. WW I belligerents similarly lobbed canisters of poison gas over trenches.

Big multinational pharma-, and bio-tech concerns can now combine with the cartel to spread famine, drought, disease and destruction in ways that would make WW I seem like a Sunday-school picnic. This could begin by using global warming as a pretext for over-flying the rest of the planet. Such flights would test reactions of the populations concerned, accustom them to unusual effects in the sky and, if they were approved by international organizations, deceive national authorities into believing that they are harmless, if not beneficial.
