The power plants of nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers could presumably be used similarly. They are far more difficult to detect and target than nuclear power stations and HAARP type installations on land because they move on, or under, water. Such operations could be coordinated simultaneously with greatest surprise effect around the planet. All toxico-, rayo-, meteo- electro-, medico-, nano-, psycho-warfare would be unleashed at once to wreck whatever havoc and suffering seemed necessary to ensure uncontested world dominion. The imperious needs for nuclear energy, and the incrimination of CO2 for global warming, become clearer in this context. Though water vapour is a much more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2, it does not suit the cartel's needs because nuclear power stations put more of humidity into the atmosphere than fossil fuel fired stations do. Sunlight falling on plants does not warm the globe because they fix it photosynthetically into living biomass in their bodies. We need that biomass as food, fuel and fertilizer. The amount of CO2 removed from the atmosphere each year by oxygenic photosynthetic organisms is... estimated at 100 x 1015 grams of C per year (Houghton and Woodwell, 1990). This is equivalent to 4 x 1021 J of free energy stored in reduced carbon, which is roughly 0.1% of the incident visible radiant energy incident on the earth/year... The amount of carbon released by biota [ex: decomposition of biomass] is estimated to be 1 to 2 x 1015 grams C/year. Added to this is carbon released by the burning of fossil fuels, which amounts to 5 x 1015 grams C/year. The oceans mitigate this increase by acting as a sink for atmospheric CO2. It is estimated that the oceans remove about 2 x 1015 grams C per year from the atmosphere. [w24]. The 4 x 1021 J of free energy stored in reduced carbon by photosynthesis are almost exactly equal to all the heat put into the environment by the energy industry. Few trees are left on the planet to convert solar radiation and atmospheric CO2 into biomass. The solar radiation that falls on dry rock adds to the dry heat in the air that sucks moisture out of the land. This results in forest fires that add more CO2 and heat to the atmosphere. Chemtrails prevent plants from absorbing CO2 and fixing sun's fertilizing rays in substances we need to survive. They also prevent heat from radiating out to the night sky from the dry, heated earth. The scorched earth cannot even cool itself by evaporating the moisture that plants normally accumulate in it naturally. Chemtrails powerfully aggravate global warming.
